To make a good smoothie bowl, you really do need a quality blender. Trust me, I have tried to make smoothies and smoothie bowls in cheaper options and they just don’t turn out the same. When it comes to blenders, you really do get what you pay for. I use a Vitamix and I would never recommend anything else… that’s how much I love it! While pricey, rumor has it they last for years and years. With the Vitamix, you can blend things with very little to no liquid at all creating the perfect thick and creamy consistency for a smoothie bowl.
